Delivery

Alice V ship via Australia Post at a cost of $20-$50. This is a standard shipping cost and variable depending on the size of the item.

Orders are sent within two business days of purchase.

Standard Shipping is 5-7 business days. Express Post is 3-4 business days.

Delivery is from Sydney, Australia.

Safe Arrival Guarantee

We package items with care to ensure each piece arrives in pristine condition. 

In the rare event of damage in transit, we will replace or refund the item, simply email a photo of the damaged goods to hello@alicev.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.
